33 Doughnuts tasting journals provide a fun way to record your pastry particulars in a small, convenient notebook format. These journals include a "Eater's Rendering" area that allows you to record the visual attributes of the doughnuts you cosume.
Take your tasting notes, using the checkboxes to note dough type and any fillings. Rate your doughnut on a five-star scale. You can record any other impressions with four lines of free space.
A teeny, tiny amount of real maple frosting is added to the ink in each new edition, which is cryptically noted on the back.
33 Doughnuts is made with 100% recycled papers sourced in the Pacific Northwest. Interior pages are 100% post-consumer recycled content and covers are 85% post-consumer recycled content and 15% recycled content. The booklets are printed using US-grown soy-based inks in sunny Portland, Oregon.
